What we keep

Your phone number, stored as a scrambled fingerprint rather than the number itself, so she can recognize you when you call back.
What she remembers about you — the things you tell her: your name, what's going on in your life, what you talked about last time.
Basic call records — when calls happened and how long they ran, for billing and to keep the service running.

What we don't do

We don't train AI on your conversations. Not our models, not anyone else's.
We don't sell or rent your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
No human sits and listens to your calls. The conversation is between you and software.

Calls are recorded, then destroyed

She tells you at the start of every call. Recordings and transcripts exist briefly so the conversation can work, and are then deleted on a schedule — they aren't kept as an archive.

Say "forget me"

Say it on a call and everything she remembers about you is deleted immediately. No form, no support ticket, no waiting. If you call again afterward, you're a stranger and she starts fresh.

Who else is involved

Phone calls run over Twilio. Payments run through Stripe — we never see or store your card. Her conversation is generated by large language models accessed through their providers' APIs, under terms that don't permit training on the content.

Age

QuinzI is for adults 18 and older. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

Your choices

Ask her to forget you, cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt, or email us and we'll delete everything tied to your number.
